My commercial building in Houston became vacant and I needed an alarm that I could arm and disarm from home. I called around and got a few bids. I talked to Ken Shorter about putting in an alarm, he was excellent in explaining all the different options. His price was excellent and he said he could get to it right away. I ended up going with Ken and his company. He and his team went over to my building right away and installed the alarm. One time soon after the system was installed, I got an alarm on my phone, but I needed someone to go to the building to adjust one of the motion sensors. I hated to ask him, but he stopped what he was doing and went back to the building where he fixed the problem. He has come back a couple times to adjust the system. I could not be happier with his attention to detail, and knowledge of the alarm systems. I don’t think I could have made a better choice going with Ken.
