We are so happy KSHO Alarm Service was recommended to us! Ken and his crew have taken care of our security camera system for years. We have a unique situation with a handicapped child that we must always have "eyes on" so in addition to a security system we needed extra surveillance in her room. Ken has always been able to find a solution to any issue we have encountered, and he is professional and patient while doing so. We are not tech savvy and Ken explains everything in a way that we can understand. We are blessed to have found this company - wish there were more businesses like KSHO Alarm Service.

I want to thank you for the outstanding service you have provided. Once again, your crew was on time and efficient. Not only was it a full, professional installation, but they took the time to try several different variations of horns and on-premise notification systems until we arrived at one I was comfortable with. All with no extra charge. I am happy to refer you to any and all of my friends, family and business associates.

We purchased a home that has a hard wired security system but we did not get the necessary codes to operate the system from the previous owners, so basically, we had a system that we could not utilize. I called KSHO Alarm Service and spoke to Ken Shorter. After I explained our security system and asked if he could unlock my system so that we could use it, he explained that he was already in our area and could come to our home within 15-20 minutes. Upon arrival, he and his fellow technician, Carl, explained that they could indeed have the system unlocked and operational. They proceeded to do exactly what I needed to get the system working. Then Ken, very patiently, explained how to operate my system and all of this service took less than an hour. We were very impressed with the service we received as well as their technical expertise and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone.

My commercial building in Houston became vacant and I needed an alarm that I could arm and disarm from home. I called around and got a few bids. I talked to Ken Shorter about putting in an alarm, he was excellent in explaining all the different options. His price was excellent and he said he could get to it right away. I ended up going with Ken and his company. He and his team went over to my building right away and installed the alarm. One time soon after the system was installed, I got an alarm on my phone, but I needed someone to go to the building to adjust one of the motion sensors. I hated to ask him, but he stopped what he was doing and went back to the building where he fixed the problem. He has come back a couple times to adjust the system. I could not be happier with his attention to detail, and knowledge of the alarm systems. I don't think I could have made a better choice going with Ken. I highly recommend KSHO Alarm Service and Ken Shorter. Thanks for taking care of me.

KSHO ALARM SERVICE INC. of Houston has well over two decades of expertise across burglar, fire, integrated cameras, and monitoring. But don’t just take our word for it… Six Stars on a scale of 5. Outstanding customer service. There are many companies who provide alarm services; however, what sets this company apart from the others is “customer service.” They went above and beyond to provide me with superior service, a trait that sometimes gets lost in today’s competitive environment. I wholeheartedly recommend the company and I am telling my friends to do the same. Their rates are reasonable and they are professional. We need more companies like this.

KSHO prides itself on no contract needed. We don’t need you to sign a long-term contract because our service will deliver… After several years of using KSHO’s competitors, we switched to the best! We’ve used KSHO at two different locations. Our first house for 3 years. When we moved, the decision was simple, call KSHO. Ken Shorter and his company are incredible. Ken has only provide exceptional service! We’ve had the same technician (Karl) each visit. Karl is also top notch. You couldn’t ask for better service. If I were giving star ratings, KSHO would be a solid 5. Not having a contract is great. Excellent monitoring response and friendly service. If you are looking for exceptional, quality and professional alarm service, call KSHO ALARM SERVICE INC.

KSHO ALARM SERVICE INC. of Houston works to find alarm system solutions that fit the needs of your family through one-on-one service… KSHO Alarms met every single one of my expectations. My wife and I had numerous questions on what type of alarm to get and what would work best within our needs and budget. KSHO took the time to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and did not try to push any products on me. I have not had this type of customer service from any other company in a very long time. Carl, the tech who came out to install the system was 100% professional and did an outstanding job. Even after installation I still feel like the customer service surpasses all others. I don’t have to jump through hoops to talk to a real person and I still feel like any questions I have, no matter how rudimentary will get answered. If anyone is out there looking for an alarm to protect your home and family, don’t go with a company that just cares about how many customers they have, go with someone who truly cares and will remember your name.

They were thoughtful, careful, and prompt. All of our needs and concerns were addressed – without any pressure to agree to a contract or their services. KSHO ALARM SERVICE INC builds to your needs so you can feel safe and secure… KSHO was great in every aspect important to my husband and me. He designed a creative solution that now my neighbors want. At first, he listened to my concerns then talked me through various options, providing the pros/cons in a neutral manner — I did not feel I was being “sold”. The installer was excellent also — you could tell he knew what he was doing and was respectful of our home during installation. In the end, my husband was happy because I now feel more secure in our home with a system that matches our needs and lifestyle.

KSHO ALARM SERVICE INC is great for churches of all sizes – and we even train your staff on the equipment if you need us to… KSHO Alarm has been a true blessing! We had trouble with our existing alarm system and company for months and were unable to get another company to take on the large job at hand. Ken and his crew were more than willing to accept this job and offered a fair competitive price. All of the technicians who preformed the work were knowledgeable and helpful; they also trained our staff on using the new equipment. These guys were not only able to get our facility safe and secure they restored our peace of mind. Thank you KSHO!
