I am very pleased with Ken Shorter and his company, KSHO.  They were thoughtful, careful, and prompt.  All of our needs and concerns were addressed – without any pressure to agree to a contract or their services. They have been attentive to needs after installation as well, including answering questions or helping us figure out how to best deal with various situations. The installation was carefully and accurately done, as promised.
