After several years of using KSHO’s competitors, we switched to the best! We’ve used KSHO at two different locations. Our first house for 3 years. When we moved, the decision was simple, call KSHO. We purchased a home that has a hard wired security system but we did not get the necessary codes to operate the system from the previous owners, so basically, we had a system that we could not utilize.  I called KSHO Alarm Service and spoke to Ken Shorter.  After I explained our security system and asked if he could unlock my system so that we could use it,  he explained that he was already in our area and could come to our home within 15-20 minutes.  Upon arrival, he and his fellow technician, Carl, explained that they could indeed have the system unlocked and operational.  They proceeded to do exactly what I needed to get the system working.  Then Ken, very patiently, explained how to operate my system and all of this service took less than an hour.  We were very impressed with the service we received as well as their technical expertise and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone.

My commercial building in Houston became vacant and I needed an alarm that I could arm and disarm from home. I called around and got a few bids. I talked to Ken Shorter about putting in an alarm, he was excellent in explaining all the different options. His price was excellent and he said he could get to it right away. I ended up going with Ken and his company. He and his team went over to my building right away and installed the alarm. One time soon after the system was installed, I got an alarm on my phone, but I needed someone to go to the building to adjust one of the motion sensors. I hated to ask him, but he stopped what he was doing and went back to the building where he fixed the problem. He has come back a couple times to adjust the system. I could not be happier with his attention to detail, and knowledge of the alarm systems. I don't think I could have made a better choice going with Ken. I highly recommend KSHO Alarm Service and Ken Shorter. Thanks for taking care of me.
